Wednesday Wildfire (Years 7-11)

If you are in school years 7-11 we’d love to welcome you to join ‘Wildfire!’

When: We meet on Wednesdays 6-7.30pm at Hoole Lighthouse Centre (and also as ‘Sunday Wildfire’ during our church gatherings on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays each month). Years 10&11 also get to stay until 8pm on Wednesdays.

Cost: It is free to attend, but bring money for the tuck shop if you’d like to.

Activities: Each week we have loads of youth club equipment to choose from such as games consoles, pool, table football, table tennis, we also love having a craft table and the odd special night with a bouncy castle or more active games in the main hall. Every week at the end of the session we take some time to reflect a bit more deeply about faith and the teachings of Jesus.

Who is it for: We love to welcome everyone in our community whatever your experience of faith – if you are in school years 7-11 this is a great place to hang out!

YTHX:

YTHX is a monthly gathering of youth clubs from churches across Chester. We usually take a group from Wildfire down for loads of fun, games, music, activities which explore the Bible and the teaching of Jesus, tuck shop and time to chill with friends. It is a beautiful community and a chance to get to know amazing young people and leaders from across Chester and the surrounding areas. Our aim is for YTHX to be for young people by young people so there are loads of opportunities to get involved and plan and lead what each get together looks like.
