Russ was the Pastor of HBC from 1977 to 1990 and since 1990 both Russ and Lesley have been exercising an apostolic ministry with HBC as their base and home church.
They work with churches and church leaders from a number of different denominations to bring teaching and support with a specific prophetic edge. They live in Pantymwyn near Mold and their home is a place where people come to see them and they run short courses.
