This is a Christian Counselling Service based at Kingsway Chapel in Newton. It’s a partnership between Reach and local churches in Chester facilitated by Link Up. There are a number of trained Christian Counsellors available for appointments throughout the week. No one from HBC is involved at present with this ministry as a volunteer or counsellor.
